Booth Law Named Finalist CAOC Street Fighter of the Year

Booth Law Attorneys Nominated for CAOC “Street Fighter of the Year” award

Booth Law attorneys Roger Booth, Carly Sanchez, and Drew Pruitt are among the three groups of lawyers in California to be nominated for the “Street Fighter of the Year” award presented by Consumer Attorneys of California.

This award is given annually to plaintiff’s lawyers from firms with five or fewer attorneys who have achieved a particularly noteworthy result.

Booth Law is being recognized for our $10 million settlement in Jacquelyn H. v. County of Riverside.  This case arose out of the failure of the County’s child protective services division to protect a young girl from repeated rape by her mother’s live-in boyfriend and helped lead to a big overhaul in the County’s Department of Public Social Services. The award winner will be announced sometime soon, but, as they say, it is an honor just to be nominated.
