Eric Uller sexually abused many boys between the approximate ages of 12 and 16 years old when he was a volunteer at the Santa Monica Police Activities League starting in 1986. At least one PAL employee has stated that her concerns about Uller were ignored way back in 1993.
The City of Santa Monica has already settled with some victims, but we believe there are more victims who have not yet come forward.

With the passage of Assembly Bill 218 in 2019, victims now have until the end of 2022 to file sexual abuse lawsuits, even if the abuse happened decades ago.

We are pursuing civil litigation against the City of Santa Monica based on its failure to prevent Uller from sexually abusing children.
