Insurance Disputes

We all rely on insurance to protect us in the event of catastrophes such as serious illness, disability, death of a loved one or major property damage.

Unfortunately, insurance companies don’t always live up to the promises that they make when they sell us insurance policies and collect our premiums every month.

You may need to file an insurance dispute.

Sometimes they put their own profits ahead of keeping those promises. In those situations, a policyholder has the right to sue an insurance company for "bad faith" and recover not just the money that the insurance company should have paid in the first place, but also damages for the emotional distress that the policyholder suffered while the insurance company held on to his money.

We have handled a wide variety of insurance bad faith cases over the years and have consistently forced insurance companies to live up to the promises that they have made to our clients.
